Sabato Exports is looking for a responsible and proactive Packaging Incharge to manage the packaging operations of auto spare parts. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle and manage labour effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily packaging operations.
Plan and allocate labour across different packaging lines.
Maintain records of packaging materials and finished goods using computer systems (Advanced Excel, google sheets )
Monitor packaging quality and ensure company standards are met.
Identify and resolve operational problems quickly.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Train and guide packaging staff and ensure discipline on the floor.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in packaging supervision (preferably in auto parts or manufacturing).
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Google sheets).
Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
Education: Graduate / Diploma
Salary: ₹15,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
