Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Packing & Store Assistant to support packing, labelling, storage, and distribution activities in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate inventory, ensure proper packaging of goods, and follow all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing & Labelling: Assist in packing, labelling, and sealing products as per company standards to ensure safe handling and transportation. Inventory Support: Help in receiving, organizing, and issuing raw materials and finished goods. Maintain proper stock arrangement in the store. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and raw materials. Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements. Logistics Assistance: Support in loading/unloading goods and timely delivery of materials to the production team. Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining stock records, reporting discrepancies, and updating movement of goods. Team Support: Work closely with store supervisors and production staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Graduate or Diploma in any stream. Experience: 1+ year of experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in chemical or manufacturing industry. Knowledge: Basic understanding of inventory control, packing processes, and safety guidelines. Skills: Good organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
