Job Description

Order fulfillment: Pulling, packing, and labeling products based on order invoices and ensuring they are packaged correctly to prevent damage.
Quality control: Inspecting products for defects before packing and ensuring the final packaged goods meet company and industry standards.
Shipping preparation: Sealing containers, generating shipping labels, and preparing necessary documentation, such as delivery challans.
Inventory management: Maintaining accurate records of shipped items, reporting discrepancies, and assisting with inventory counts.
Workplace organization and safety: Keeping the packing and work area clean, organized, and safe. This includes proper use and storage of packing materials and tools.
Equipment operation: Safely operating various machinery and equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or automated packaging machines.
Teamwork: Assisting other team members, communicating with supervisors, and working together to meet daily targets.
