Job Description

Product Packing:

Ensuring products are packed securely and efficiently according to company standards and customer specifications.
Additional Responsibilities:

Labeling:

Accurately labeling packages with the correct information for shipping.

Documentation:

Completing necessary paperwork for shipments, such as packing lists or shipping labels.

Equipment Operation:

May be required to operate packaging machinery, such as wrapping machines or forklifts.

Communication:

Reporting any issues or discrepancies to supervisors, and communicating with other team members.

Assisting with Loading/Unloading:

May be required to help with loading or unloading shipments.

Maintaining Equipment:

Performing routine checks and minor maintenance on packaging equipment.

Quality Control:

Inspecting items for damage or defects before packing, and ensuring only quality products are shipped.

Order Fulfillment:

Preparing items for shipment based on orders, ensuring accuracy in packing and labeling.

Inventory Management:

Assisting with maintaining accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and organizing items.

Safety and Cleanliness:

Maintaining a clean and organized packing station and adhering to safety guidelines.
