About the Role

Rasi Seeds (P) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Packing Operator

to join our team at the Toopran plant. The role is responsible for operating packing machines, ensuring accuracy in seed packing, and coordinating with production and quality teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Operate packing machines for filling, sealing, and labeling seed packets/bags. Ensure correct weight, count, and sealing of packets as per company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of daily packing output and stock movements. Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams for seamless operations. Handle packing materials (bags, labels, pallets, etc.) efficiently and responsibly.

Qualification:-

Diploma Engineer or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2+ years of experience in packing operations (preferably in seeds, food, or manufacturing). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures. Team player with good communication skills. Basic knowledge of safety and quality compliance.
