Job Description

:

Operate and monitor packing machines for flour, grains, and related products. Ensure accurate weighing, sealing, labeling, and packaging as per company standards. Inspect packaging for quality, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of packing area and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Handle packing materials (bags, cartons, pouches, etc.) safely and efficiently. Identify and report any technical issues or malfunctions of packing machinery. Support in loading, stacking, and movement of packed products to the dispatch area. Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and food safety norms (FSSAI compliance). Maintain daily production and packing records as required.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum 10th pass / ITI preferred.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a food processing/milling/packing industry (freshers with willingness to learn may also apply). Basic knowledge of operating packing machinery. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Attention to detail and quality focus. Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
