Position : Packaging Officer (Edible oil manufacturer)Salary : 50,000 pm( negotiable)Location : Dhamtari (Raipur, Chhattisgarh)Experience: 8 + yrsJob Responsibilities: a~ Day to day shop floor Planning for allocation of packing lines as per demand from PPC team.
a~ Breakdown monitoring and Capacity utilization of packing machines
a~ Daily Motivation to Manpower and Pouch Operators for Losses Reduce.
a~ Preparation MIS report & monthly dashboard reports
a~ Handling shop floor activity and labor management independently with coordination of superior.
a~ Motivating to Manpower and Pouch Operators reduce/control losses in packing section.
a~ Monitoring & controlling spare part consumption & consumable (like electrodes, backup rubber, Teflon tape, inks etc.) consumption.
a~ Maintaining GMP and Safety
a~ Daily Productions Floor Stock verification, Loose oils, pouch film and carton losses Control & Reports.
a~ Hands on experience in SAP, Monthly closing, Process orders activity.
a~ Taken active part and ownership in reorientation of packing lines, tin manufacturing plant as per AIB standard
Actively involved & coordinated for AIB audit
