Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise daily packing operations to meet production and dispatch targets.
Ensure packing is carried out as per defined quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Optimize manpower and shift planning for efficient operations.
Monitor packing line performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain records and reports related to packing, material usage, and output.
Ensure availability of packing materials and proper inventory control.
Train and develop packing staff and supervisors.
Enforce compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a packing/production role, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is essential.
Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
Good understanding of packing materials, equipment, and best practices.
Familiarity with quality systems and health & safety regulations.
Educational qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.
