Responsibilities
Supervise packing line operations to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
Manage and train packing staff to maintain high performance and adherence to safety regulations.
Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure seamless packing processes.
Inspect and maintain packing machines and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Prepare and maintain reports on packing line performance, including output, downtime, and quality issues.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of packing line operations and equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
