Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervising Packing Operations:

Leading and coordinating daily packing activities, ensuring timely and accurate packing of products.

Planning and Production:

Finalizing daily, weekly, or monthly packing production and dispatch plans, and adhering to them.

Inventory Management:

Ensuring minimum inventory norms are met to avoid stockouts of finished goods and packaging materials.

Work Allocation:

Assigning tasks to the packing team and ensuring proper execution of company procedures and quality standards.

Quality Control:

Performing critical checks at various stages of packing to maintain quality.

Equipment Management:

May be responsible for the operation, maintenance, or coordination of packaging machinery.

Coordination:

Collaborating with quality control, warehouse, and transportation departments to ensure smooth operations.

Documentation:

Keeping records of packing activities, including delivery notes and invoices.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

Identifying and recommending improvements to the packing process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
