Key Responsibilities:
Accept and process online orders accurately.
Print shipping labels, pack products, and dispatch parcels.
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email -- product details, delivery status, and real product photos.
Coordinate with shipping partners to resolve delivery or return issues.
Track and maintain records of all orders, deliveries, returns, and RTOs.
Manage return parcels and ensure smooth handover.
Provide polite and professional customer support at all times.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms and order processing.
Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
Smart thinking and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills for data handling and label printing.
