Roles and responsibilities:

Product Packaging: Properly pack products using appropriate materials to ensure

quality and safety.

Labeling & Sorting: Accurately label, sort, and organize packed goods before dispatch.

Quality Inspection: Check packaging for defects and ensure compliance with company

Standards.

Material Handling: Maintain and manage packing materials and report stock shortages.

Inventory Management: Keep records of packed goods and assist in stock audits.

Logistics Support: Assist in loading, unloading, and preparing products for shipment.

Workplace Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (basic reading and documentation skills

required).

Experience: Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics is preferred but not

Mandatory.

Skills:

Ability to handle packing materials and tools efficiently.

Attention to detail is needed to ensure proper labeling and quality.

Basic organizational skills to manage product arrangements.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and pack products as required.
