Packaging Head with 8+ years required for a listed MEP/HVAC pipe & metal supports manufacturer at Vasai, Mumbai

Prior manufacturing experience in MEP/HVAC supports with factory exposure preferred

JD:

- Lead daily packaging and dispatch operations for a wide range of metal fabricated products, pipe supports, HVAC accessories, and industrial components

- Develop packaging schedules aligned with production plans and dispatch timelines

- Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, QC, and customer service teams for smooth outbound operations

- Implement customer-specific packaging formats and documentation for domestic and export shipments

- Maintain stock records and shipment tracking using SAP MM & SD modules

- Ensure compliance with safety norms, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards

- Train, supervise, and evaluate a team of 30+ packaging staff and supervisors

- Reduce packaging costs through process optimization and material rationalization

Salary up to Rs 6 lakh per annum (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
