Education:

Diploma /B.A/ Relevant / Plastics / Mechanical / Production Engineering

Experience:

5-8 years of relevant experience in

plastic manufacturing in the packing department as a IN charge/supervising/Executive

Experience in

Injection Moulding / Blow Moulding / Extrusion / Thermoware / Household Plastic Products

preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve daily and monthly production targets as per planning Control rejection, wastage, and raw material yield Ensure Line efficiency, quality, and safety compliance Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and Stores Ensure SOP adherence, housekeeping, and manpower management Team handling

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of plastic processing machines Production planning & manpower handling Quality control & process optimization Preventive maintenance coordination Good communication & leadership skills

Industry Preference:

Plastic / Polymer / Injection Moulding Manufacturing

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
