Senior Executive - Packing & Dispatch

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune Industry: Condom Manufacturing Department: Packing & Dispatch Job Type: Full-Time | 12-Hour Duty (Day & Night Rotational Shifts) | 1 Weekly Off

We are hiring a Senior Executive - Packing & Dispatch to manage product packaging and dispatch operations at our manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring proper packing, labeling, storage, and timely dispatch of consignments while maintaining pharma-grade quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise packing operations (condoms, cartons, labeling, batch coding, sealing). Ensure compliance with QA/QC, hygiene, and pharma standards. Plan and execute domestic & export dispatches. Prepare dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR, Packing List, Export docs). Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA/QC, transporters for smooth operations. Monitor loading/unloading and shipment tracking. Maintain ERP/Excel records and prepare daily/weekly reports. Manage packing & dispatch team across rotational shifts. Graduate in Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in packing & dispatch (pharma/FMCG/manufacturing). Knowledge of GST, ERP systems, and export documentation. Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in 12-hour day/night rotational shifts.
