Job Description

Picking and packing

: Selecting items from orders, preparing them for shipment, and packing them safely and securely

Labeling

: Applying labels to products based on customer orders

Maintaining inventory

: Keeping track of inventory levels, rotating stock, and ensuring products are organized and accessible

Operating equipment

: Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move and store products

Maintaining safety

: Following safety regulations, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting safety concerns

Maintaining quality

: Ensuring products meet quality standards and reporting any problems

Maintaining cleanliness

: Keeping work areas clean and free of debris, and participating in regular cleaning and maintenance

Communicating

: Communicating with other team members to ensure schedules are met and information is shared

Training

: Assisting with training new employees

Documenting

: Recording relevant information about orders, shipping, and labels
