Job Summary



The Packing Executive is responsible for ensuring that finished goods are packed accurately, safely, and as per company standards. The role involves maintaining packing quality, meeting dispatch schedules, and ensuring proper documentation and coordination with production and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Pack finished products as per packing standards and customer requirements.

Ensure correct labelling, barcoding, and tagging of packed materials.

Inspect products for quality, quantity, and damage before packing.

Maintain packing records, batch details, and dispatch documents.

Follow FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable.

Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to meet timelines.

Ensure cleanliness and safety in the packing area.

Handle packing materials efficiently and minimize wastage.

Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Competencies:



Knowledge of packing methods and materials

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP entries)

Time management and teamwork

Understanding of quality and safety standards.

Educational Qualification:



Diploma / Graduate (any related studies)

Experience:



1-3 years of experience in packing, warehouse, or production operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
