Packing Assistant (Male Candidate only)

A Packing Assistant in a cosmetic company is responsible for ensuring products are correctly and efficiently packed into their designated packaging, meeting quality standards and shipping deadlines. Packaging Products:

Accurately and neatly packing cosmetic products into their appropriate packaging materials.

Ensuring Quality:

Following company guidelines and quality control standards to ensure products are packaged correctly and without damage.

Labeling:

Applying labels with accurate information to packages.

Maintaining Workspace:

Keeping the packing area clean, organized, and safe.

Following Procedures:

Adhering to established company procedures and safety protocols.

Reporting Issues:

Notifying supervisors of any discrepancies, damaged products, or other issues.

Order Fulfillment:

Pulling, packing, weighing, and labeling products according to daily orders.

Inventory Management:

Ensuring products are separated, organized, and accessible.

Equipment Operation:

Operating basic equipment like dollies or pallet jacks, if required.
Additional responsibilities may include:

Coordinating with other teams:

Communicating with design, production, or other teams to ensure smooth packaging processes.

Inspecting products:

Checking for any cosmetic or functional defects.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining records of packages, shipments, and other relevant data.

Following Safety Guidelines:

Ensuring all safety protocols are followed in the workplace.
Qualification : 10th or +2
