Job Description

The Packing and Inventory Executive is responsible for managing product packing, maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring timely dispatch of goods, and supporting smooth inventory operations. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency to maintain operational standards.

Packing:



Ensure all products are properly packed and labeled according to company standards. Verify product quantity, quality, and condition before packing. Prepare dispatch items for delivery or transfer. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the packing area.

Inventory Management:



Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system. Conduct routine stock checks and physical verification. Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment. Track product expiry dates and manage stock rotation (FIFO method). Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline). 1-3 years of experience in packing, warehouse, or inventory operations. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory software preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Team-oriented attitude and time management ability.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
