Pick and pack products according to order specifications and packing lists.
Ensure items are correctly labeled and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Inspect items for defects or damages before packing.
Operate packing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station.
Prepare shipping documents and labels when required.
Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy.
Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or packing role is a plus.
Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Basic math and reading skills.
