We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Packaging Supervisor

to manage day-to-day packaging operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of packaging machinery and experience in supervising packaging staff.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage and work on daily packaging operations Operate and monitor

Packaging Machinery, Can Seaming Machine, and Multi-Head Pouch Filling Machine

Ensure machines run efficiently with minimal downtime Coordinate with maintenance team for machine troubleshooting and repairs Maintain packaging quality standards as per company guidelines Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and workflow Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational compliance in the packaging area Maintain daily production and packaging records Reduce wastage and improve packaging efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Packaging Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of

Can Seaming Machines and Multi-Head Pouch Filling Machines

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to handle workforce and meet production targets Attention to detail and quality control standards Good communication and team management skills

Working Hours

8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Preferred Candidate

Experience in food or FMCG packaging industry Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
