Job Description

We are hiring a Supervisor to manage and oversee all packaging operations in our pharmaceutical facility. The role involves leading a team of packaging staff, ensuring compliance with pharma packaging norms, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the packaging team Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, safety, and GMP standards Manage packaging material inventory and coordinate with the stores department Monitor machine operations, identify issues, and liaise with maintenance teams Maintain accurate records and prepare daily packaging/production reports Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements

Qualifications

Education:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. (Botany, Biotechnology, or related life sciences) /

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations Strong knowledge of GMP, pharma packaging compliance norms, and documentation practices Effective communication and leadership skills for managing a team
