Job Title: Packaging Supervisor - Skin Care Products ( Creams , Serums , Cleanser , Powders as Individual and in KIT form )

Job Summary:The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for managing the packaging team ( Conversion of Semi finished products into Finished goods ) and making sure products are packed correctly, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing the PPC ( Production - Planning & Control ) PPC involves : Planning & Deployment of : Manpower , Manhour as per process & Packaging machines in coordination with Previous Processes ( Filling ) as well as PM Store ( Packing Material store ) Supervise daily packaging operations and staff ensuring team is pre-informed about their tasks Verify correct usage of approved packaging materials, labels ( from QC Lab ) & issued by PM Store Monitor packaging line performance, productivity, and downtime Ensure accurate batch coding, labeling, and documentation Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in packaging areas Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Warehouse teams Train and guide packaging operators and workers by aligning them with experienced Co-workers and personal hand holding as required. Control packaging material usage and minimize waste. Support internal and external audits and inspections Prepare daily production and packaging reports

Skills Required :-

Experience to work on ERP Software , Google sheets , Excel & able to communicate on Mail & watsapp groups . Knowledge of cosmetic packaging processes and materials Leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Raising of Red Alert if issue needs intervention beyond the person's scope

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
