All packaging operations to ensure products are packed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily packaging operations and ensure production schedules are met.
Monitor packaging line efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce wastage.
Ensure packaging materials are available, properly stored, and used efficiently.
Enforce compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards in the packaging area.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
Train, guide, and motivate packaging staff to enhance performance and productivity.
Conduct regular inspections of packaging equipment and request maintenance when required.
Maintain accurate records of packaging output, wastage, and material consumption.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit to the Plant/Production Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Food Technology, Packaging, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in packaging operations (FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, or relevant industry).
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and industry best practices.
