Supervise packing team and daily packaging operations.
Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and quality standards.
Plan and allocate manpower as per production schedule.
Maintain packaging material stock and raise purchase requests when required.
Prepare reports (dispatch, stock, wastage, etc.) using computer.
Update data in Excel / ERP / company software.
Check finished goods before dispatch.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 5S in packaging area.
Train workers and monitor productivity.
