Salary - 20,000 to 22,000 PM - depends on experience

Experience - Minmum 2+ years in supervising

Location - Changodar, Ahmedabad (Transportation is not available)

Job description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging Supervisor, located in Ahmedabad. The Packaging Supervisor will oversee daily packaging operations, ensuring efficiency and quality control. Responsibilities include supervising packaging staff, implementing quality assurance procedures, training employees, and maintaining communication with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to standards.

Qualifications:

Supervisory Skills and Training experience

Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills

Strong Communication skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Previous experience in packaging operations is preferred

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
