Dispatch Scheduling & Order Fulfillment

Schedule dispatches as per orders placed by outlets. Align packaging timelines with the dispatch plan and delivery deadlines. Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure readiness and timely loading of containers. Resolve packaging-related issues and escalate to management when necessary.

Packaging Operations

Prepare daily/weekly packaging schedules and assign tasks to the packaging team. Ensure efficient handover of packaging work and monitor task completion. Supervise packaging activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

Dispatch Container Readiness

Ensure packaging is completed and products are organized per dispatch plan. Prepare dispatch containers for loading, ensuring the correct products and quantities are packed. Coordinate with logistics to verify loading procedures and dispatch timelines.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
