Denta Kris is looking for a Packaging & Standardization Executive to manage, standardize, and control the quality of all packaging components used across our dental product range. This role covers primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, ensuring that all materials meet quality, safety, regulatory, and branding standards while remaining cost-effective and production-friendly.
The candidate will work closely with production, quality control, procurement, regulatory, and design teams to build a scalable and compliant packaging system for all Denta Kris products.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Standardization
Standardize primary packaging (bottles, caps, droppers, pumps, tubes, syringes, blister packs, etc.)
Standardize secondary packaging (labels, cartons, boxes, inserts, IFUs)
Standardize tertiary packaging (shipping cartons, pallets, protective packing materials)
Develop and maintain packaging specifications (dimensions, materials, compatibility, sealing, labeling, stacking, and transport safety)
Quality Control & Compliance
Perform QC checks on all primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials
Verify leak-proofing, sealing integrity, durability, print quality, barcode readability, and contamination safety
Ensure packaging complies with dental, pharma, and regulatory standards
Conduct incoming material inspections for packaging components
Approve packaging before release to production
Vendor & Cost Management
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for packaging materials
Approve samples, manage packaging trials, and resolve quality issues
Optimize packaging for cost, logistics, and manufacturing efficiency
Documentation & Process Control
Maintain packaging BOMs, specifications, and approved vendor lists
Record QC results and maintain traceability
Support audits and regulatory inspections
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
Experience in pharma, dental, cosmetic, or medical device packaging
Strong understanding of bottle-closure systems, labeling, sealing, and transport packaging
Experience with quality control procedures and documentation
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ISO, CDSCO, FDA, CE, or medical device packaging standards
Experience with stability testing and packaging validation
Vendor audit and packaging testing experience
