Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Packaging & Quality Control Executive

for our premium skincare brand Le Bonheur.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-standard packaging, batch quality checks, product accuracy, and smooth coordination with the production team.

Female candidates with experience in

cosmetic / skincare / FMCG packaging

are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:Packaging

Oversee daily packaging operations for skincare products Ensure correct labels, batch numbers, MRP, manufacturing details, and expiry Monitor packing team performance and maintain accuracy Check final packing quality before dispatch

Quality Control

Conduct QC checks for finished goods and packaging materials Approve/reject products based on quality standards Maintain QC documentation, reports, and SOP adherence Report defects, leakages, label issues, or packaging faults immediately

Operations & Coordination

Maintain inventory of packaging material Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchase teams Manage packaging timelines to avoid delays Ensure hygiene and compliance inside the packaging unit

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience

in cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical packaging & QC Strong understanding of packing materials, labels, and batch documentation Ability to manage a team of packers Good communication & reporting skills

Must have own vehicle

(daily commute to Changodar) Female candidates preferred

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
