Job Summary

We are looking for a

Packaging Procurement Executive

who will manage end-to-end packaging procurement, coordinate with packaging vendors, and handle material development and printing. The role requires strong vendor negotiation skills, knowledge of packaging materials, and experience with printing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and manage

packaging vendors

(boxes, labels, pouches, bottles, etc.) Coordinate

printing activities

(artwork sharing, shade approval, mockups, proofs) Ensure packaging material meets

quality, branding, and compliance standards

Negotiate

pricing, MOQs, timelines

, and payment terms with vendors Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements Coordinate with

marketing, design, and production teams

Manage vendor performance, resolve quality or delivery issues Maintain packaging cost sheets and vendor databases Support new product launches with packaging development

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in

packaging procurement / vendor management

Hands-on experience with

printing processes

(offset, flexo, gravure, digital) Knowledge of packaging materials (paperboard, corrugated, plastic, laminates) Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills Basic understanding of artwork formats and print approvals Proficiency in Excel and procurement documentation Experience in

F&B / FMCG / Retail

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
