Urgent hiring of Packaging Operator in CMU plant of ITC at Mokhampura, Jaipur-303604 (40 km from Jaipur city on Jaipur-Ajmer Road)

Sr. Packaging Operator (Two Nos.) - Experience: Minimum 03 Years - Salary: 20-25K

Packaging Operator (Five Nos.) - Experience: 0-1 Years - Salary: 12-15K

Roles and Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation: Prepare the pouch filling machine for operation (calibration, loading packaging material, setting parameters). Ensure the correct film/pouch material is loaded based on product requirements. Start and stop machines following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitoring and Adjustment: Monitor the filling and sealing process for accuracy and efficiency. Adjust machine settings such as filling volume, sealing temperature, and cutting position as needed. Detect and resolve minor mechanical issues or jams.

Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections for pouch integrity (sealing, shape, weight, date code). Ensure product consistency and hygiene. Record quality data and report any non-conformities.

Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines. Lubricate parts and replace worn components as per the maintenance schedule. Assist maintenance team during preventive or breakdown maintenance.

Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE. Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP guidelines. Ensure area cleanliness and avoid contamination.

Documentation: Maintain daily production and machine logbooks. Record downtime, batch codes, and material usage. Report any discrepancies in materials or machine performance.
