Job Description

The Packaging Material Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of packaging materials required for production. The role ensures cost-effective, timely, and high-quality procurement aligned with production and business needs while maintaining supplier relationships and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source packaging materials (e.g., bottles, cartons, labels, films, foils) as per production requirements. Collaborate with production, quality assurance, R&D, and warehouse teams to forecast material needs. Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance reports. Ensure packaging materials meet regulatory, environmental, and sustainability standards. Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery and inventory management. Participate in supplier audits and evaluations. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in Packaging Stores in FMCG company, preferably in packaging materials. Strong knowledge of packaging materials used in [Beauty & Personal Care/ FMCG / Food & Beverage / Pharma / etc.]. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Pay: ?10,219.36 - ?34,623.49 per month
