Job Description

Packaging:

Oversee and manage the packaging of finished goods according to specifications and packaging standards. Ensure packaging is completed accurately and timely, ensuring products are protected during shipping. Perform quality checks to verify that packaging materials meet company and safety standards. Collaborate with the design team for new packaging solutions that enhance product safety, appearance, and efficiency. Maintain proper inventory of packaging materials and reorder as necessary.

Manufacturing:

Assist in the production of goods, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment. Monitor and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met. Perform regular equipment checks, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Adhere to all safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe working environment. Assist in inventory control and the organization of raw materials and finished products.

Quality Control:

Perform regular quality inspections of products before packaging and shipping. Ensure that products meet quality standards and are free from defects. Report any deviations or issues to the supervisor, helping to resolve them in a timely manner.
