Packaging Manager with 5+ years of work experience required for a listed MEP/HVAC pipe & metal supports manufacturer at Vasai, Mumbai

Prior manufacturing experience in MEP/HVAC supports with factory exposure preferred

JD:

- Manage daily dispatch/distribution plan and arrange vehicles/containers

- Oversee loading & unloading, manpower handling, and packing operations

- Prepare packing lists as per customer/dispatch requirements and keep lots ready

- Ensure proper lashing, choking, stuffing, and documentation for all dispatches

- Coordinate third-party inspections (BV/SGS)

- Monitor daily inventory, follow FIFO, and conduct monthly/yearly stock taking

- Handle incoming material unloading, storage allocation, and issue slips

- Verify transporter bills and coordinate timely submissions

- Manage audits like BRC, ISO, OHSAS

- Operate Modula Machine and ensure accurate putaway/pullout transactions

- Coordinate with QC for new material samples and approvals

Salary up to Rs 40,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
