Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Packaging & Housekeeping Staff member to join our e-commerce operations team. This role involves product packaging, maintaining cleanliness in the office/warehouse, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities :

Carefully pack products as per company standards. Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and tagging of items. Maintain packaging material stock (tapes, boxes, bubble wrap, etc.). Prepare orders for dispatch as per order sheets. Maintain quality and avoid damage during packing. Assist in inward/outward stock handling when required.

Housekeeping Responsibilities :

Keep the office/warehouse area clean and organized. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, packing area, shelves. Ensure trash is removed and cleaned daily. Assist in basic office maintenance tasks when needed. Ensure cleanliness standards are met at all times.

Requirements

Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred). Prior experience in packing or housekeeping is a plus. Should be disciplined, punctual, and trustworthy. Ability to do manual/physical work. Should be comfortable working in a warehouse/office environment.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 10,000 - 12,000 Performance-based incentives (if applicable). Friendly and supportive work environment.

Working Hours

Full-time role Monday to Saturday Timing: 9 AM - 6 PM (or as per your company schedule)
