Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the packaging department Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Manage and lead the packaging team, providing training and support Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow Optimize packaging processes to increase efficiency Monitor packaging equipment and manage maintenance schedules Develop and implement packaging strategies to reduce waste and costs Maintain accurate records of packaging operations and inventory Resolve any packaging issues that arise during production Implement continuous improvement initiatives in the packaging department
