Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor day-to-day
packing operations
as per approved procedures.
Maintain and update
packaging documentation
, including Log Books, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and related records.
Ensure compliance with
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
during packaging activities.
Handle
qualification and validation activities
related to packaging equipment and processes.
Monitor and record
room temperature and relative humidity (RH)
as per compliance norms.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Production teams for deviation handling and documentation closure.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Support audits and inspections by providing required packaging documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience:
5-8 years in Packaging operations, preferably in Pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industries
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
packaging processes and documentation
Familiarity with
BMR, logbooks, validation, and qualification activities
Understanding of
GMP and regulatory guidelines
Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills
Attention to detail and compliance-driven mindset
