Key Responsibilities
Pack Continental food items as per standard packaging guidelines
Ensure correct portioning, labeling, and sealing of food items
Maintain food hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards at all times
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order packaging
Check packaging quality to avoid leakage, spoilage, or damage
Manage packaging materials and report shortages to the supervisor
Maintain cleanliness of the packaging area
Follow SOPs for food handling, storage, and dispatch
Assist during peak hours to ensure smooth order flow
Skills & Requirements
Basic knowledge of food packaging and hygiene standards
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Attention to detail and quality
Good coordination and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in shifts
Qualification
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
Hotel Management or Food Handling Certification is a plus
