Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Creating packaging concepts, selecting appropriate materials, and developing specifications for new packaging solutions.

Material Sourcing and Evaluation:

Identifying and evaluating potential packaging materials and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Testing and Optimization:

Conducting packaging trials, analyzing performance data, and making recommendations for improvements.

Compliance:

Ensuring packaging designs comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability goals.

Collaboration:

Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, marketing, supply chain) to ensure packaging meets all requirements.

Project Management:

Managing packaging development projects from concept to commercialization, including timelines and budgets.

Documentation:

Maintaining detailed records of packaging specifications, test results, and project progress.
