Oversee daily production operations and ensure seamless functioning of all packaging machines.
Manage machine installation, operation, servicing, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams for machine development, upgrades, and modifications.
Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and optimize resource utilization.
Continuously work on improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing operational costs.
Act as Team Lead for machine operators and technicians, ensuring effective workforce planning and deployment.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance in coordination with the maintenance team.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines across all operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve output, machine reliability, and overall performance.
Key Skills & Requirements
BE/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering discipline.
Mandatory hands-on experience in the packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of packaging machinery, automation systems, and maintenance practices.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage shop-floor operations effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination skills.
