We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing innovative and functional packaging solutions. You will be responsible for creating packaging that enhances product presentation, aligns with brand identity, and meets functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop packaging concepts that align with brand guidelines and product requirements.
Create packaging prototypes and mock-ups to visualize design ideas and functionality.
Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and manufacturers to ensure packaging meets production standards and project timelines.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions to design based on stakeholder input.
Stay updated with industry trends and materials to bring fresh ideas and innovations to packaging design.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Experience with packaging design, including materials, printing processes, and structural design.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
A portfolio demonstrating previous packaging design projects is required.
Preferred:
Experience with 3D modeling software for packaging prototypes.
Knowledge of sustainability practices in packaging design.
Familiarity with consumer behavior and market trends.
