Hiring: Pre-Press Designer

Location: Bhiwandi

Salary: per month (based on experience & skill)

Job Role: Pre-Press Designer (Packaging)

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Press Designer to join our Bhiwandi office. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of packaging pre-press workflows and hands-on experience with sample cutting machines.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Expert knowledge of ArtPro or EngView software (mandatory) Hands-on experience working on sample cutting / plotter machines

Strong understanding of rigid boxes, mono cartons & luxury packaging structures

Ability to prepare print-ready files with accurate dielines

Knowledge of bleeds, trapping, color separation, barcode placement & tolerances

Coordination with production & sampling teams to ensure error-free execution

Key Responsibilities

Create and modify dielines & structural layouts

Prepare pre-press files for sampling and production

Operate and support sample cutting machine outputs

Ensure accuracy in dimensions, folds, pasting & closures

Troubleshoot pre-press issues before production

Maintain consistency with client-approved artworks

Experience Preferred

2-5 years in packaging pre-press / box manufacturing industry

Prior experience in rigid Kappa board boxes will be an advantage
