Job Purpose: As a packaging designer in Home Care you will work across multiple innovation and capability projects which reflect Unilever\'s packaging commitments. You will lead projects within cross functional teams to create packaging ideas, bring them to life in inspiring and brand relevant ways, while providing leadership in design thinking / approach. Main Responsibilities Partner with internal teams to create packaging ideas to deliver to brand / R+D ambition Use design tools (sketching, rendering, CAD etc) to bring ideas to life and enable clear communication + inspiration for the broader team Understand consumer experience of our packaging and identify opportunities to strengthen and change it in line with future consumer expectations Lead development of briefs to ensure clear and inspiring projects Create and facilitate workshops to co-create new concepts with cross functional teams and consumers / influencers Work closely with technical partners to land new innovations Skills Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in Design related discipline - preferable product design or similar Experience working in a design field either at an agency or in house design team Experience leading and delivering projects from brief to concept Well versed in design tools and techniques, including sketching, Adobe Suite, CAD and prototyping Must be used-to be working as part of multi-disciplined teams Strong communicator and influencer A passion to learn and willingness to develop new skills An eye for detail Proven project experience with ability to meet deadlines What do we offer: Opportunity to work on brands with the power to brighten peoples\' lives all over the world Be part of a diverse and ambitious team shaping the future of Home Care brands packaging Exciting career opportunities in a global, purpose led business We are looking for the right people for our roles and our ambition, we are open to talk about how our flexible working policies can make this role the right one for you
