About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day packaging operations. The role involves ensuring packaging materials are available, packaging activities are executed as per standards, and timelines, quality, and compliance requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Operations:

Coordinate daily packaging activities as per production plans Ensure packaging is done according to approved specifications and SOPs Monitor packaging output, efficiency, and wastage Support smooth SKU and format changeovers
Material Coordination:

Plan and track packaging material requirements Coordinate with procurement and stores for material availability Verify packaging materials against approved artwork Maintain inventory records and control shortages or excess stock
Quality & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements Prevent packaging defects and labeling errors Coordinate with QA/QC for line clearance and audits Ensure correct batch coding, MRP, and statutory details
Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain batch records and packaging documentation Prepare daily packaging and wastage reports Ensure records are accurate and audit-ready
Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with production, QA, procurement, and warehouse teams Communicate schedules, delays, and issues effectively Support continuous improvement initiatives
Health, Safety & Housekeeping:

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, GMP, and 5S standards
Qualifications & Skills:Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Production, Engineering, or related field
Experience:

1-2 years of experience in packaging coordination or operations Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, pharma, or manufacturing preferred
Skills:

Strong coordination and organizational skills Knowledge of packaging materials and processes Attention to detail and quality focus Proficiency in MS Excel and Word Ability to multitask and work in shifts
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
