Job Title: Packaging Assistant (Intern)

Work Days/Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

About the Role

We are looking for a Packaging Assistant to join our production team. In this role, you will help us prepare, pack, and dispatch coffee orders with accuracy and care. You will also learn about working in a fast-growing company

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment

- Prepare customer orders accurately and on time.

Coffee Packaging

- Weigh, grind (if required), and bag coffee beans correctly.

Dispatching Orders

- Apply stickers, labels, and pack boxes properly for timely dispatch.

Workplace Cleanliness

- Keep your work area and the warehouse clean and organized; clean after each process.

Inventory Management

- Track and report the stock of coffee and packaging material.

Food Safety & Quality

- Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.

Requirements

Ability to pay attention to detail and complete tasks accurately. Reliable, punctual, and consistent in work. Able to read, write, and speak basic English. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (experience in production or packaging is a plus). Physically fit to lift up to 20 kg and work on your feet for long hours.
