1. JOB PURPOSE
1. Attending customer complaints thru QC tools which are assigned to each zone
2. Attending R&D trials thru SOP provided by Central R&D to each zone
3. Maintaining technical visit report and summarizing with actionable points.
4. Briefing to plant QA team & central R&D on weekly basis for continuous follow ups.

1.Investigation of customer complaints with all necessary inputs for failure mode analysis
2. Trial of R&D samples with all necessary m/c parameters
3. Submission of complaint investigation report
4. Submission of R&D sample trial report
5. Weekly meeting between Branch & QA, R&D
1. Maintaining Customer Specification
2. Maintaining R&D trial feedback
3. Maintaining Plant QA feedback
Qualifications
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience
1. BSc/BTech /IIP
2. Good written and verbal communication
3. Relevant Industrial experience only
Technical and Behavioral Skills
1. Basic Knowledge of ERP, JAWA & ORACLE System.
2. PC User Skills, Internet User Skills, MS Office.
