Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - o Design, develop, and deploy serverless and cloud-native applications on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and related services. o Develop backend and frontend components using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL. o Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows. o Use Git for version control and collaborate through pull requests and code reviews. o Optimize cloud resources for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams -- product, QA, and DevOps -- to ensure smooth delivery. o Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - o Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL. o Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc. o Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI). o Strong understanding of Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices. o Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. o Knowledge of RESTful API design and serverless architecture best practices. o Understanding of monitoring and logging tools o Looking for only AWS developer Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
