Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of application functionalities, ensuring that user requirements are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the configuration and support of packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. - Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with database management systems and data integration techniques. - Experience in utilizing APIs for application integration and functionality enhancement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
