Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of web application development principles. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
