Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist - Salesforce Functional Operations position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 11 months
Duties:
Lead and deliver successful Salesforce projects while ensuring alignment with business needs.
Provide application support by performing deep analysis of issues not resolvable by L1.5 teams.
Support L1.5 teams with functional details and facilitate the shift-left of incidents and requests.
Perform Problem Management tasks and minor enhancements, including report changes, object data modifications, and impact assessments.
Guide users on application functionality and usage.
Represent the support team to stakeholders, ensuring metrics and SLA compliance.
Ensure application functionality is fault-free through break fixes and defect resolution.
Identify root causes of application errors and propose solutions.
Identify productivity enhancement opportunities and assist in automating use cases.
Drive continuous improvements in Application Health, including tech debt reduction, code quality improvement, problem management, performance enhancement, code coverage increase, and license optimization.
Perform analyses on software application functionality, impact assessments, and gap analyses.
Manage stakeholders and users, map processes and use cases, and analyze business cases.
Collaborate with Salesforce and other third-party product owners (L4) to resolve application issues.
Skills:
Strong Salesforce functional knowledge with a background in functional consulting.
Proficient in business analysis techniques.
Strong Banking domain knowledge.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience with CRM systems, integrations (Mule/IIB), and data warehousing.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve application issues.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects.
Hands-on experience in application support, functional consulting, and process improvement.
Experience performing impact and gap analyses, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Salesforce certifications preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00-$120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
